eligibility

TextWing is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use TextWing.

what textwing is

TextWing is a writing-assistance tool that uses AI to suggest possible replies to dating messages. The suggestions are starting points — not professional advice, not a guarantee of any outcome, and not a substitute for your own judgment.

TextWing is not a dating service, matchmaking service, relationship counselor, or therapist. We make no representations about the effectiveness of any suggestion in achieving any personal goal.

acceptable use

You may use TextWing only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm any other person
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity in a harmful way
• Use AI-generated text to manipulate, coerce, or exploit another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the app or its backend
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend access if we have reason to believe these terms are being violated.

subscriptions and billing

TextWing offers a free tier with a limited number of AI generations per month and a paid Pro subscription that removes usage limits.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

disclaimer of warranties

TextWing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular situation.

AI-generated text can be unexpected, imperfect, or wrong. Always review suggestions before using them.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TextWing and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of relationships, emotional distress, or any outcome arising from your use of AI-generated suggestions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $5 USD, whichever is greater.

intellectual property

TextWing's name, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

AI-generated reply suggestions produced at your request are yours to use as you see fit for personal communication. We don't claim ownership over suggestions generated for you.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of TextWing after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your location.
